GOVERNING BOARD
The Governing Board is the apex of IRMT Governance. It consists of seven representative members from Government, Banking and Financial Institutions, Institutions of Higher Learning and Practicing Professionals in the Private Sector” The Board is led by the President and is supported by full time General Secretary and Secretariat.

GOVERNING BOARD COMMITEES
The Governing Board is advised by three Committees

COMMITTEES

I. Membership and Professional committee
The number of members of the committee are three and are appointed by the Governing Board. The Committee Charter as approved by the Governing Board is available on request from info@irmtz.org

II. Examination Committee
The Committee is constituted by five members appointed by the Board.
The Committee Charter as approved by the Governing Board is available on request from info@irmtz.org

III. Management Committee
The Committee is constituted by three members appointed by the Governing Board.
This committee handles all matters relate to business development, policy, recruitment, administration and finance of the institute as defined by the charter. The President of the Institute shall the Chairperson to this Committee.
