Introduction

The existence of knowledge gap between Risk Owners and Risk Champions leading to delay/rejection of technical/professional decision making, the Institute of Risk Management (IRMT) has come out with smoothing approach to mitigate objections hindering the achievement of the organization objectives by delivering unique training for awareness and capacity building to the stakeholders.

Course Objective

The objective of this training is to provide a Practical approach to Risk Owners in their responsibility to Manage Risk, to explain and appreciate the role of Risk management to Public and Private Entities, to understand the role of Board in governance and to unveil the necessary Risk Management reporting tools to support Risk operations and Management decision making process.
